Why the goods in mixed color/mixed shape I received differ from the picture on your website shows？

Please kindly note mixed color products are sent by random according to stock in our warehouse. We put notice in description for all the mixed products on our website. Due to stock variety, color or shape of mixed products may vary from photo sample shown on our website.

In addition, we are sorry that we cannot pick colors according to your request. If we pick colors for you, then we cannot control our stock of mixed products. The later buyers will have no choice to choose color. Please kindly understand us.

If you want to make sure what shapes/colors you will receive, you can ask for seeing a photo of your ordered goods before sending. Then we will send a photo of those mixed products to you by email to confirm whether you are satisfied.
